About Myself

Hi my name is Vicki Dorlean. I am from Boston Massachusetts. All my life I had grew up in Boston. While I was going up I had many friends walk in and out of my life, so I keep my friends to a minimum. I learned not to trust to many people in my life. The most important people in my life is my family. No matter what my family will always be there for me. My family comes first then everything comes second. I came to Nichols College because I wanted to be far from home and plus I wanted a good education. I knew if I stayed close to home, I wouldn't be able to focus as much as I do at Nichols College. My major right now is Criminal Justice. After I graduate from college I want to have a job in that field. I am not sure what yet but I know it has to with that field. My main goals right now is just stay focus in school make, sure I keep my grades up. I'm one of a few people in my family that's in college right, so I want to make my parents proud of me. On my free time I like hanging out with my friends, especially going to basketball games. That's one of my favorite things to watch when I have time. I also like to go shopping.
When I first came to Nichols College I really didn't like the type of environment that I was in. This school is in the middle of nowhere. I wasn't used to it. This school is a really small school. Everybody knows everyone. At first I was like to myself there was no way that I was going to stay for the second semester. As time was passing by I realized that the education was really good and easy. I also have a couple of friends that I bond with at this school, so that also influenced me to stay here. Even though the school seems pretty boring I try my hardest to make the best out of it. All I want is a good education and have a degree, and I feel like Nichols College can provide that for me.
